About Us

Jennings County WellCare, located at 2200 North State Highway 7 in North Vernon, Indiana, has been serving the Southeastern Indiana community for over 30 years. Founded in 1993 by Dr. Bruce Phillips, a chiropractor and former Butler University athlete, the clinic emphasizes a holistic approach to health, integrating chiropractic care, whole food nutrition supplements, emotional wellness, fitness, laser therapies, allergy testing and treatment, fall prevention, and several detox therapies. As part of its commitment to physical well-being, Jennings County WellCare also operates a standalone fitness center called Chirotrain, designed to support patients and the public in achieving their fitness goals through training and wellness support. Dr. Phillips believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when interference is removed, focusing on whole health to address various conditions such as neck and back pain, headaches, sciatica, neuropathy, allergies, cognition and digestive issues. The clinic also offers Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams, ensuring comprehensive care for the community.
